Health.com has put together their collection of the healthiest restaurants. Their list just includes fast-food joints, but it has some helpful information anyway. Thankfully, the place above did not make their list.
I’d like to the list expanded to include casual dining restaurant, but maybe that’s something that I’ll have to do.

Even though I don’t frequent fast-food places a lot, Wendy’s has always been one of my favorite places to dine at. In keeping with their corporate mantra of “It’s not fast food. It’s Wendy’s.”, they have made their nutritional information available online. I found a Canadian version as well, for our friends from the Great Frozen North.
