After contacting Longhorn Steakhouse about their nutritional information, I sent a follow-up email asking for any information that they do have available. ShaJuan Chance at Longhorn Steakhouse responded thusly:

I’m glad that Longhorn Steakhouse replied with at least some information. They could have easily just ignored my request altogether or waited until they had complete information available. This shows me that are making an effort to address the nutritional value of their menu items.

On another note, I’ve eaten at both Longhorn Steakhouse and Outback. I seem to have a better experience at Longhorn. Tastier food, better atmosphere, more kid-friendly environment. I remember once at Outback, we had to listen to “My Humps” or something like that while munching on a steak. Not really what I’d expect from a steakhouse… especially when dining with my family.
