Burger King has been serving flame-broiled hamburgers since 1954. I can’t get past the creepy ‘King’ icon that is omnipresent at Burger King (or is it BURGER KING). Anyway, BK is always trying new things (like the BK Fire-Grilled Ribs. No Thanks!).

But, they do have Burger King nutrition facts on their website, so you can see how many calories are in the double-whopper with cheese you just ate.

BK lets you build your own sandwich online, and then bring a printout of your invention to your local BK to have it assembled. Let’s see… a BK quad-stacker with crispy onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo, BK steakhouse sauce, three slices of cheese, and an extra breaded chicken patty thrown in for good measure is only 1,510 calories.
