So I’ve contacted the following restaurants to get their permission to post nutrition facts for their menus. I haven’t had a response from them (other than the canned ‘Thank you for contacting us. Blah, blah, blah…’ I’ll keep you updated as to the final result of my email.

- Longhorn Steakhouse
- Red Lobster
- Taco Bell
10 February 2007 Update: I (finally) received an email from Longhorn Steakhouse, and they said they were reviewing their information and that they would make the information available shortly. I asked if I could post what information they had now, but I haven’t back from them. I’ll keep you posted. Still no word from the others…
