Court Upholds NYC Statute for Restaurants

On Monday, a New York court upheld the decision in New York State Restaurant Ass’n v. New York City Board of Health, 2008 WL 1752455 (S.D.N.Y.). High levels of trans-fatty acids have been shown to increase the risk of breast cancer. High levels of omega-3 fatty acids, however, do NOT reduce the risk of breast cancer.

Outback Steakhouse: Worst. Food. In America.

It’s official… Men’s Health has declared Outback Steakhouse’s Chili Cheese Fries as the worst food in America. But Outback’s Chili Cheese Fries on are on the same list as Chili’s Awesome Blossom appetizer. Even a burger promoted as “healthy” (the Bella) by Ruby Tuesday is on the list.
